I've made a Gui for cstrike that also contains some server addons/configs(just enough to get started  )
The client contains:
-patch v23b(last true valve cstrike for me )
-some maps that are common
-some sounds that are common
-aditional key config options.
-my PGL based config (mo0n_sniper.cfg)
-a in game menu(h key) for quick access to several settings
many more to find out...
The server contains:
-Metamod
-AMX Mod X
-amx plugins(sounds,amx_execclient,etc..)
-some initial config.
